GreenStars conducted a baseline assessment for SNV’s Power for Food Partnership in Rwanda, measuring 12 Partnership Harmonised Indicators (PHIs) across the Regenerative Agriculture–Productive Use of Renewable Energy (RA–PURE) nexus.

The assignment involved reviewing and validating existing evidence, conducting Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and triangulating findings to establish robust baseline values — supporting the Partnership’s LEARN, LINK, and LEVERAGE pathways toward sustainable agri-food and energy systems transformation.
