Who We Are?
Green Starz Impakt Hub (abbreviated as “GreenStars”) is a social enterprise registered and domiciled in Rwanda dedicated to promoting climate resilience, evidence-based decision-making, and sustainable community empowerment.
We combine research consultancy, research professional-training, and environmental actions to create real impact across Rwanda. Through our Research Capacity Building Program (RCBP), climate resilience initiatives like the UMURINGA GREEN AWARENESS Project, and partnerships with institutions - SurveyCTO - , we equip individuals and organizations with the tools and knowledge needed to drive positive change.

Our Model
How is Aligned with the Global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
At Green Starz Impakt Hub, our model bridges business sustainability with social and environmental impact. We reinvest a portion of our consulting revenue into two key areas that directly advance both national priorities and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Climate Action & Environmental Awareness (SDG 13, SDG 15)
Part of our earnings funds tree-planting initiatives and environmental education programs across Rwanda. Through projects like UMURINGA Green Awareness Project, we engage communities - especially students in primary and secondary schools - by establishing eco-clubs (“Green Clubs”) and hosting climate-themed competitions. These efforts nurture young “Green Champions” who are empowered to act for a resilient, low-carbon future.
Capacity Building & Research Empowerment (SDG 4, SDG 8, SDG 9)
We invest in people through our Research Capacity Building Program (RCBP) and other training initiatives focused on data collection, analysis, monitoring, and evaluation. By equipping learners and professionals with practical research and analytical skills, we strengthen Rwanda’s human capital and contribute to evidence-based decision-making for sustainable development.
