Consultancy to design, develop, and operationalize a Pan-African Continental Women Platform under PAFO. The project includes mapping women’s organizations, designing governance structures, strengthening leadership and advocacy capacities, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring long-term sustainability of the platform.

The work spans African agrifood systems, positioning the Platform as a durable voice for women in agriculture across the continent.
