The MINICOM Interim Facility (InFa) Project, in partnership with the Enhanced Integrated Framework (EIF), seeks to assess the performance of Rwanda’s cross-border markets and the impact of EIF interventions. The assignment will review current management models, evaluate the outcomes of EIF-funded initiatives, and propose improved, sustainable approaches to strengthen trade facilitation, market access, and capacity building.

It will also provide a strategic roadmap to guide Rwanda’s smooth transition from EIF Tier II funding while ensuring long-term sustainability of its trade agenda.
