Funded by Enabel under the PRISM II programme and implemented by Agriterra Rwanda, this project builds on the initial 2021–2023 pilot to strengthen smallholder farmers and Ngoma OSC Ltd.

Baseline focus: established key performance benchmarks to improve maize aggregation, value addition, market access, governance, and financial sustainability.

Endline results: evaluated overall outcomes and project impact over the 2024–2026 period, measuring progress in farmer services and identifying lessons for future scaling.
