We deliver four main categories of services:

• Research – Data Collection, Data Management, Data Analysis, and Report Writing.
• Project Management – Program & M&E Design, Logic Model Development, Indicator Mapping, and Evaluation.
• Research Capacity Building – Training in both Qualitative and Quantitative modules, including the 6-month Research Capacity Building Program (RCBP).
• Environmental & Climate Resilience Initiatives – Community Awareness campaigns, Public Workshops, School GreenClubs, and Tree Plantation activities.

Our consultancy is designed for NGOs, government agencies, academic institutions, and private sector organizations that need accurate, reliable, and actionable data to support decision-making.

We combine technical expertise with practical field experience, ensuring not only accurate analysis but also solutions tailored to Rwanda’s context. Our consultancy emphasizes both quality data and impactful insights.

RCBP is a 6-month intensive training designed to equip participants with professional research skills. It covers everything from data collection and management to quantitative and qualitative analysis, report writing, and fieldwork practice.

Anyone passionate about research - students, early-career professionals, or practitioners - can apply. Selection is based on motivation and available slots.

The program lasts 6 months, with weekend classes to accommodate working professionals.
The training takes The total fee of 320,000 RWF (including a 20,000 RWF registration fee). Payments can be made in three installments to make the program accessible.

We implement and support community-based projects that focus on environmental sustainability and climate adaptation. For example, the UMURINGA Green Awareness Project raises awareness about climate action and encourages local solutions.

We work with both - supporting businesses, NGOs, and institutions with consultancy services, while also training individuals to become skilled researchers. 

Individuals and organizations can join us as partners, donors, volunteers, sponsorships. We also welcome students and researchers to participate in our awareness campaigns and field activities like tree planting, UMURINGA Green Awareness, and environmental sustainability programs.
